Class structure

Gradually introducing asanas, yoga positions, we move and stretch our muscles, joints and connective tissue. Classes are themed so that combinations of different assanas increase mobility, flexibility and strength. It influences inner organs, as well as the entire systems, increasing vitality and overall health.

We begin our class from a sitting position, so that we calm our body and mind after daily activities.

With breathing tecniques, called pranayama,  we practice breathing correctly, developing the elasticity of our lungs, stretching our capacity, all together with increasing our overall physical and mental health, stimulating calmness and releasing tension.

We end our class with deep relaxation and meditation techniques, calming our body and mind, allowing ourselves to rest, but also release stress, anxiety, pain or any tension at all.
